Becoming a BiG – a mentor/tutor for a younger female student from the Worcester area – isn’t the only way to get involved with XCHROM. We also have positions available each year on our E-Board, as well as offer other opportunities to our members for community outreach in Worcester (for example, with Girl’s Inc.). All female Holy Cross students who are passionate about empowering young women in science are invited to apply for membership using our online application form or clicking the button below. We welcome applications from all majors, minors, concentrations, and class years. However, individuals do have to identify as female and display a commitment to community service and interest in the STEM fields to apply for membership. Mentoring and/or tutoring experience is a plus, but not required!
